A wonderful addition to our Wood Finish range. A deep yellow gold colour with a plummy, sweet, Mirabelle fruit, chilled fresh fruit salad note with traces of orange citrus.
The taste is smooth and oily, the texture is round and fruity. A dessert time dram and a very nice one at that!
With a few drops of water the story only gets better, from very good to really exceptional - the sweet wine plumminess becomes volatile and brings an incredible, lasting finish.

Sauternes is a type of dessert wine from the Sauternais region of the Graves section in the well known Bordeaux wine making area of France.
