Colour reminiscent of dark brown Demerara sugar, on the nose there are elements of dates, almonds, ginger and chocolate. There is a lovely viscous texture to taste with an amazing mix of cinnamon, spice, ginger, honey, orange and dark chocolate on the finish which is smooth and well integrated with hints of the cereal notes of the original 1993 coming through at the back. Distilled 1993 Bottled 2008 46% vol 70cl
