Staff Tasting Notes
Nose: Meadow smells, grass and wild flowers (heather), varnish and cereal (grist and malty cereal); some spice and herbs with water.
Taste: Full bodied and oily, but light and slightly acidic. Orange peel
Notes: Water kills it, sours it and lengthens the finish. Drink straight.
