Made using Seyval, Rondo and Pinot Noir grapes to give it a beautiful dark pink colour and made using the Traditional Method (just like the French fizz makers) to give it that wonderful smooth mousse of bubbles.
The bottle has a very classy polgoon label and is silver foil topped with a neck label and is closed using a muzzled champagne cork. 75cl bottle 11.5% Vol. Just the thing for a festive meal or celebration with family and friends.
This wine is made from seyval and pinot varieties of grapes,grown on the south facing slopes of our cornish vineyard.
