Tasting Notes

The aroma is alcoholic, sweet, anise with prominent and well defined liquorice-like flavours. When mixed with water Ouzo turns milky white with a blue tint. The taste and finish is spirituous, pleasantly sweet, mellow and clean. Typically pleasant anise and liquorice tasting, with a hint of cardamom finish.
