Hot Tip
Marinade belly pork for two hours in the fridge, then roast in the oven in the same dish. Once cooked either place under the grill or on a hot barbecue to crisp up the caramelised marinade.
Alternatively try on mixed vegetable skewers – perfect for grilling or the barbecue.
