Tasting Notes The top cuvée from Renardiere from grapes grown on an outcrop of silex soil. Ripe, herbaceous aromas, nettle and dill, balanced by concentrated green fruit and crisp citrus acidity on the finish. On the palate it is lively, lots of strengh and lengh, an elegant wine with a long finish marked by the steely flavours, often referred to as "gunflint", typical of the appellation. The wine will benefit from ageing for 4-5 years, or even longer (depending of the vintage).
